Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vernal, Utah. Working plans call for the construction of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Cost Estimate between 1.75M to 2.4M Includes installation of, and/or coordination with utility companies to install all utilities, roadways, sidewalks, retention pond and in-ground retention structures. Completion date for construction is expected to be 365 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. All contractors must hold a current Utah contractors license and be insured in the state of Utah. A 5% bid bond is required. Performance and payment bonds will be required from the successful bidder. The Uintah Basin Association of Governments may reject any or all bids submitted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
