Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Auburn, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
New sidewalk including curb (granite and hma berm), fountain upgrades and installation of new prefabricated 90' long pedestrian bridge (provided by others) at Goddard Park. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The work includes installation of new hot mix asphalt and concrete walk, granite curb, new steel pedestrian bridge over Ramshorn Brook (provided by others), utility vault upgrades, misting pool upgrades, relocating existing benches, new ADA pedestrian ramps, new signage and pavement markings, and other incidental work as shown on the plans and as described herein. All requests for information regarding this bid package must be made via e-mail to the attention of William G. Paille, PE, Project Manager, wpaille@bscgroup.com and must be received by 12:00 pm on Friday, August 16, 2024 to provide a minimum of 3 business days to provide a response and bidders adequate time to make any adjustments to their bid.
