Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project consists of all work and materials necessary to sand the floor, removing all existing finish and paint, seal the floor, apply graphics to match the approved mockup, then apply 2 coats of finish. Awarded bid may be awarded to the lowest and/or best evaluated qualified proposal meeting all specifications and conditions, subject to all provisions of the service requested and be in the best interest of the Floyd County Board of Education at this time. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any formalities in the bidding process. Bids received after the scheduled closing time of the receipt of bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 14 days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the Owner. Submission of a bid shall be construed as confirmation that the bidder has visited the site and is satisfied as to the extent of work required. No changes to the contract will be considered based on misunderstandings of the scope of work if such misunderstandings could have been addressed by a site visit. The contractor awarded the contract shall furnish and comply with all insurance requirements as required by the Floyd County Board of Education.
