For more information, please contact the City Administrator at speterson@cityofkn.net Request for Qualifications The City of Knob Noster is requesting the services of a consulting engineering firm to perform Design Services for a Public Works Maintenance Barn Extension. The building will be constructed at the existing Public Works Maintenance Barn at 400 East 25 Road. Knob Noster. MO. Work will include the design of a covered metal building that serves as an extension of the existing public works maintenance bam. The chosen consultant will also work with the City of Knob Noster to select a contract and work with them during construction of the building. The covered metal building will be 40' by 80' and will include sufficient space for storage and maintenance of Public Works vehicles and equipment as required. The building will also include a heated and air conditioned "break room" for Public Works personnel. A property survey was recently commissioned by the City of Knob Noster and will be available to the chosen consultant for use in their design services. If your firm would like to be considered for these design services, you may submit your letter of interest to our office. Please limit your letter of interest to no more than three pages and include statements indicating your firms interest in the project, your past experiences with projects of similar size and scope, your past experiences working with the City of Knob Noster. your ability to meet the timelines, and any information which might help us in the selection process, such as the persons or team you would assign to each project, the backgrounds of those individuals. and other projects your company has recently completed or are now actively engaged in completing. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
