Site work for a communication facility in Knob Noster, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
This SOW provides a general description of the work required but does not cover all variations that may occur during the drilling field investigation. Specifically, the variation that could be anticipated includes horizontal offset of boring locations and vertical changes in depth of penetration due to refusal or depth of native materials. B. During all field activities, the Subcontractor shall be required to meet health and safety requirements as described in the WCTS Accident Prevention Plan (APP). No Subcontractor personnel shall be allowed on site without complying with the health and safety requirements and providing Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) certifications, as described in Section 3.3.12. The cost of all health and safety equipment and procedures for work crews shall be included in the price for this work. The Subcontractor shall commence work within 10 business days of issuance of a notice to proceed by the Contractor. Work is scheduled to begin in January 2025 and is expected to last approximately 4-6 weeks. Mobilization dates will be coordinated with the Contractor The Contractor reserves the right to revise the schedule based on project requirements. Question Deadline 12/13/2024 at 4:00 PM CT.
