Site work for a development in Knob Noster, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a conservation development.

The City of Knob Noster, Missouri requests qualifications for a master services and consulting agreement to assess the existing conditions of community assets, evaluate and execute strategic pathways, funding and finance options, as well as plan for and serve the retention, growth, and long-term needs of the city and Whiteman Air Force Base. The work encompasses evaluation of community placemaking, quality of life, local housing, parks and recreational facility development, transportation improvements, retail and commercial services, educational needs, short and long-term infrastructure planning and improvements (such as water, sewer, transportation, and parks), business and job growth, and maintaining affordable water and sewer rates. The selected team may be asked to provide engineering or technical reports, legal assessments, funding and finance feasibility, design, bidding, government relations, community outreach, engagement, and innovative project delivery methods. Qualifications shall include information on the firm’s specialized experience and competence, capacity and capability to perform the work, past performance record, proximity and familiarity with the area and armed services base needs, references of related work, experience with funding sources, and pertinent information for each consultant if a team is proposed. Six printed copies of the submittal are required.
