Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Knob Noster, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Knob Noster is accepting proposals/bids for the restoration and rehabilitation of an exterior brick wall. The bids shall include all the necessary Labor, tools, materials, equipment and manpower required to restore and rehabilitate the exterior wall to a structurally and visibly appealing condition. The city will evaluate all bids and rank companies/individuals based on their written proposals, cost, qualifications, experience with similar type projects, references, and other relevant information. Work must be done in accordance with generally accepted construction standards and the city code. The selected company/individual must have, or obtain, a City of Knob Noster business license and enter into a contacting with the City. Bid description: Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "2025 Exterior Wall Restoration and Rehabilitation Project".
