Proposals are invited for Contract No. A500.846, which involves immediate repairs, replacements and scheduled improvements of roofing systems at all Authority owned facilities, including but not limited to, Toll Plazas, Maintenance Districts, Service Areas and Administration Buildings from Milepost 0 to 122 along the New Jersey Turnpike and Milepost 0 to 172 along the Garden State Parkway inclusive in Salem, Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Mercer, Middlesex, Union, Hudson, Essex, Bergen, Cape May, Atlantic, Ocean, Monmouth and Passaic Counties, New Jersey. The immediate & scheduled roofing repairs will be as directed by the Engineer through work orders for a period of one (1) year from the date of Notice of Award and shall terminate on the date one (1) year after the date of the Notice of Award. The Engineer will have two, one-year options to extend the contract. Bidders must be prequalified under Contract Classification New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction, C066, Roofing- Membrane EPDM, or C067, Roofing- Membrane PVC/CPE/CSPE, or C068, Roofing- Membrane Modified Bitumen or C070, Roofing- Built Up and Rating of $5,000,000 Minimum prior to the receipt of Proposals. For Proposals submitted by joint ventures, each member of the joint venture must be prequalified in the Trade Classification, and the sum of the ratings held by each member must be $10,000,000 by the joint venture. The results posted electronically. Any Addenda that may be issued will be issued at least three (3) business days prior to the deadline to submit Proposals as set forth above.
