The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call, as needed hourly rental of equipment with experienced operators and personnel as described herein to perform Asphalt Patching and surface treatment seal coats, on primary and secondary roads in Essex, Gloucester, King & Queen, King William, Mathews and Middlesex Counties located within the Saluda Residency. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation of equipment, and insurance necessary to complete the project(s) as described herein. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to kristy.jeter@VDOT.virginia.gov . The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 2:00 PM EST on August 8, 2024.
