Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Custer, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 18,139-square-foot educational facility.

Contractors are invited to bid on Bid packages for an 18,139 square foot Career Technical Education facility at the Custer High School Campus. The project scope of work does include some remodeling of some existing classroom areas. All Bids will be on a Bid Package basis. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified cashiers check for 5% of the total bid amount made payable to Custer School District 16-1 OR a bid bond for 10% of the total bid amount. Bonds shall be on From AIA A310-2010 Bid Bond. Project shall be completed within 425 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Drawings and Project Manual may be examined in the offices of the Construction Manager at Risk, Dean Kurtz Construction and at the following locations: SOUTH DAKOTA Those Bidders who obtain a full set or sets of the Bidding Documents will receive addenda via e-mail as addenda are issued and will be responsible for printing the addenda at their own expense. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids without explanation and to waive irregularities.
