The project would expand the trail and linear park from its current endpoint near McDowell Road and 150th Drive south to Lower Buckeye Parkway and the Estrella Mountain Regional Park, which would bring the Bullard Wash Trail System total area to approximately 130 acres. Expansion features could include a trailhead with parking, maintenance facilities and other features. The project's design budget is $2.28M, with $21.2M allocated for construction under a planned future budget. __________________________________________ All communications concerning this solicitation must be directed to responsible staff person identified above, via email only.
