Scope of Work: The successful vendor will be responsible for the following: 1. Design and installation of an outdoor warning siren system that meets the requirements outlined in this RFP. 2. Provision of a system that can be activated remotely and can broadcast voice messages, tones, and/or sirens to alert the public of emergencies. 3. Installation of sirens in strategic locations to ensure adequate coverage of the designated areas. 4. Provision of a control system, with redundancies, that allows for remote activation, monitoring, and testing of the sirens. 5. Integration with existing emergency management systems and infrastructure. 6. Training for county personnel on the operation and maintenance of the system. 7. Provision of maintenance and support services for a period of at least five years Contract Term: One Year Contract With One (1) Additional One Year Renewal Option Upon Approval of the County Council and County Executive.
