Applicable NAICS code is 238110 Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $50,000 and $100,000. D. Information and requirements stated in sections "B" through "J" & attachments noted in section "J" apply to this solicitation and the subsequent contract. Refer to section "L" for quote submittal requirements. E. Prospective contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management located at www.sam.gov at the time of quote. F. All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to amanda.somervilleusda.gov no later than 3pm (CT) on August 29, 2024.
