The work performed under this Contract shall not exceed $1,000,000.00 and the initial Contract Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. The County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or that the dollar amount of the Work Orders issued will total $1, 000,000 during the duration of this Contract. At the County's sole discretion, this Contract may be extended for one (1) additional year or until the Not to Exceed Contract Price is reached, whichever occurs first. Not-to-Exceed Contract Price: $1,000,000.00 Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price.
