A. The project consists of building envelope repairs including exterior sealant replacement, masonry repairs, door hardware replacement and miscellaneous items at the Silver Lake Regional High School. B. Without limiting the Contract Documents, the work generally consists of 1. Removal and replacement of exterior sealants. 2. Masonry joint repairs. 3. Exterior door hardware repairs. 4. In addition, work under the Contract includes: a. All work either shown on the Drawings and in the Specifications. b. The restoration of site work and any other existing construction damaged or destroyed by construction operations. c. Coordination and cooperation with the Owner on site. d. Provide all temporary facilities. e. Field testing and other commissioning activities for new sealant systems.
