Site work and renovation of a civil project in Kingston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development; and for site work for a development.
The Work consists of removal, inspection and replacement of the well pump; inspecting and videoing the well; cleaning and redevelopment of the well; and pump testing. This well is a 96 feet deep, 24-inch by 48-inch gravel packed well with design pumping rate of 1,000 gpm. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a certified treasurer's or cashier's check, bid bond, or cash in the amount of five percent (5%) of the value of the Bid made payable to the Town of Kingston, MA. Successful bidder must furnish separate one hundred percent (100%) Construction Performance Bond and one hundred percent (100%) Construction Payment Bond with a Surety company acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all general bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
