High St Waterline replacement Project The work generally consists of the installation of 1,400 lineal feet of new 8 inch diameter PVC waterline by open cut excavation; connections to existing water mains; removal and/or abandonment of existing waterlines & appurtenances; placing the new waterlines into service; and all other items in the Bidders Proposal. New York 14221 and at the office of the Village of Holley Village Hall. SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done under this Contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and construction equipment necessary for the construction of the Project and in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by the Engineers, as set forth herein. All work obviously necessary for the completion of the contract shall be included, whether or not specifically shown or specified. The construction of the project, including the letting of contracts in connection therewith, will conform to applicable requirements of Federal, State and Local Laws, Ordinances, Rules and Regulations. The work shall include the installation of all materials required to complete the work whether furnished by the Contractor or the Owner. Should a bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the Contract Documents, Drawings or Specifications, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he should at once notify the Engineer and request an interpretation thereof. Every request for such interpretation shall in writing addressed to Shannon Westoven (swestoven@wepdelcompanies.com) and Mackenzie Kennedy (mkennedy@wendelcompanies.com) and to be given consideration, must be received Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 5 P.M
