Chapin General Store Site: In-Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO) Injection Project via Direct Push Technology (DPT) and gravity feed into existing angled monitoring wells using alkaline activated persulfate. Scope includes installing and maintaining temporary soil erosion and sedimentation controls, utility locate, facilitating storage and protection of the injection reagents via secondary containment and tarp covers, DPT ISCO injections, gravity feed ISCO injections, in-kind surface restoration, seeding and mulching all disturbed areas, and removal and disposal of temporary SESC measures. See specifications and drawings for details. All bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Bid responses and attachments must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. Contractors should submit a maximum of two attachments (both under 25 MB): one for bid documents (Bid Summary, Bid Schedule, Bid Bond, Certification forms, Signature Authority, etc.) and, if applicable, another for Qualified Disabled Veteran (QDV) information (DD214, Proof of 51% Ownership, and Proof of Service-Connected Disability). Bids must be submitted before the 2:00 p.m. deadline. If technical issues occur with submission, bidders must contact the SIGMA Help Desk before the deadline. Emailed submissions require DCD approval and must be received prior to the deadline to be considered responsive and responsible. Bid responses should not be emailed to the Project Director. 5% bid security is required.
