Site work for a water / sewer project in Niobrara, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of water system improvements and gate valve/hydrant replacements for new and existing sites on the Santee Sioux Nation, Knox County, Nebraska. The scope of work generally includes replacement of 6" gate valves, replacement of 6" fire hydrants, installation of 8" PVC water main, installation of 3" water main, installation of individual water services, and installation of on-site sewer service. A copy of a valid Contractor's license for the state in which the work resides or Certification of Renewal thereof issued and registration of Indian owned firm from TERO shall be supplied at the time of bidding and enclosed in the required Bidder's Bond envelope. In the evaluation of the bids, the Owner may, within funding limitations, give preference up to the amount of 5% above the lowest total bid, to qualified Indian owned firms. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
