The Ponca Tribe of Nebraska is accepting bids for the construction of improvements to the Agency Grounds Educational Trail located at 88915521st Avenue, Niobrara, NE 68760. The 31st Annual Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Powwow will be held at theAgency Grounds August 7-10, 2025.Grounds must be usable during Powwow and as much construction as possible should be completed by August 1, 2025. This Project will beconstructed under a single primecontract or may be constructed underfour (4) separate contracts under theOwner's supervision. The Work includesof the improvements on the PoncaAgency grounds including pavement ofthe roads (currently gravel), newsidewalks and ADA parking spaces,pavement of RV spaces, water andelectricity to the RV spaces, an newparking lot (part concrete paved, partgravel), a new dump station and a newrestroom/shower house. The Restroom/ Shower House Building is a new onestory, wood-framed building.
