The Town of Newstead is seeking Requests for Proposals to repair/rehabilitate the metal roof on a town barn located at 13411 Main Rd in Akron, NY 14001. Powerwash entire roof with Rust-off, a cleaning and degreasing agent. Inspect all fasteners and tighten or replace as needed. Inspect penetrations, walls, and details. Apply primer on entire roof Inspect all seams, apply caulk as needed.
