The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide all work and materials for completion of AC (air conditioning) unit replacement at DOC Farmers Market (warehouse zone) in accordance with specifications of this solicitation (Quick Quote). SCOPE OF WORK/DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS (SPECIFICATIONS) Specifications Commercial Unit (Cooler # 5 Unit) - BRAND NAME OR EQUIVALENT BCH0045MCACZA0300 Cond Unit - 4.5 hp BEL0380BS6A - Bohn Evap 1 Outside Coil 1 - Inside Coil Maintain temperature of 40-45 degrees constant Ground unit New Copper Suction and Discharge piping Drain lines (Standard PVC) Miscellaneous hardware required to connect system and ensure proper functioning. Contractor Requirements: Contractor must provide all equipment and man power necessary to complete project. Remove existing unit Provide all new equipment Capture all existing refrigerant, installing new refrigerant, charging system if needed. All pipe fittings, strapping, hangers, clamps, miscellaneous hardware. Install new unit(s), connect and ensure proper operation Removal of debris trash and old units
