Renovation of a detention facility in Jarratt, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

Vendor shall deliver to Greensville Correctional Center at 901 Corrections Way, Jarratt, VA 23870 remove (set aside) old roll up door, uncrate & install new door in place to include the LiftMaster or equivalent. Vendor shall connect to existing utilities, test operation of door, provide operation instructions, and render fully functional. FREIGHT SHALL BE INCLUDED IN GRAND TOTAL One, 8'-2" X 10'-0" XFW-5F-22GW coiling service door (WHITE in color) Commercial Installation Labor Qty x1- 22 Gauge Flat Slat Steel curtain There should be a sign on the door designating the Site Visit / Pre-Bid Conference. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation. Please adhere to security rules and regulations attached for the site visit. Due to the importance of all Bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements of this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a bid. Bids will only be accepted from those Bidders who are represented at this pre-bid conference. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster. No one will be admitted after time. Bring a copy of the solicitation with you. Any changes resulting from this conference will be issued in a written addendum to the solicitation This public body does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, 2.2-4343.1 or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, or veteran status or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment.
