CR Number: 2112461 Scope of work is to include all necessary labor, material and equipment for construction of two Panera cafes within Nappi and Golisano Hospitals. Our scope of work includes demolition, preparation of designated areas, installation of infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), delivery and installation of kitchen equipment, and food service counters, according to approved plans. We will ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and health standards while minimizing disruption to hospital operations. The intent of the project is to start both aeras (Nappi and Golisano) and finish them within the 180 days simultaneously to be open and functional at the same time. No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk-throughs will be provided.
