Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Fogelsville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,700-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The work includes but is not limited to all engineering, design, labor, materials and tools required to construct a new approximately 16,700 sqft community center & office building. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, or a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A performance and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply Questions may be submitted in writing or by email to Brian Carl, Township Manager at the Township office or brian@weisenbergtownship.org on or before 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 26th, 2024. Weisenberg Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of sixty days.
