The bonding range is $350,000 to $375,000 Remove and replace existing chiller unit and associated piping and valves at County Ice Center located at 5201 Murray Park Lane, Murray, Utah 84107. Air circulation and parts and accessories including blowers and chillers Non residential building construction services including commercial and office building new construction services and construction services and renovation and repair services County Ice Chiller - CONST Electrical system services including wiring and other electrical maintenance including HVAC construction and maintenance and installation and mechanical and machine installation and repair services The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Removal and replacement of existing mechanical chiller unit located in the Service Yard on the exterior of the south side of the building, as well as the associated two (2) chilled water supply pumps and their associated isolation valves located in the Boiler Room. Existing piping and electrical connections to be reused. 2. Removal and replacement of existing exhaust fan and actuated damper located in the Refrigeration Room. Existing wall penetrations and electrical wiring and connections to be reused. The Contractor will have 380 calendar days to complete the project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
