Respondents will coordinate with Jeff Erwin by email (jerwin@utopiafiber.com) for all acknowledgements, questions/inquiries, or to schedule a walk-through of the buildings and remote facilities to ascertain scope of work. Final questions must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time on 9/27/2022.
