* Award subject to final approval. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the chiller replacement as per Appendix-A, involving removal, installation, and structural modifications to the building and landscape - 580 St Annes Road. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Safe removal of the existing chiller, including all associated safety equipment and connections, and disposal of any remaining contaminated brine. (b) Procurement and installation of the new chiller, including recharging of brine for the entire system, and collaboration with the successful bidder for refrigeration system start-up. (c) Structural modifications including design, removal and replacement of concrete retaining wall. (d) Provide storage for the new chiller in a secure facility until the scheduled commencement of the project in May 2025 or sooner upon notification by the Contract Administrator.
