Rebalance duct system, certify new and recertify existing fire dampers and recommission existing mechanical air handling equipment. Patch and repair openings in walls to comply with fire ratings as determined by architectural code review. A Performance Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of a Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%); of the Contract Price; and A Labour and Materials Payment Bond of a Company Registered to Conduct the Business of Surety in Manitoba, in the Form Attached to the Tender Documents, in the Amount of Fifty Percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
