The following heat pumps with the provided capacity are needed: a) Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pump, ducted system, 4-ton capacity, for installation at 453 Carpathia. b) Air Source Heat Pump, ducted system, 2-ton capacity, for installation at 440 Grenadier c) Air Source Heat Pump only coil system, ducted system, 1.5-ton capacity, for installation at 190 Ubique. This unit has been intentionally sized for cooling. d) Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pump, ducted system, 4-ton capacity, for installation at 448 Grenadier. e) Cold Climate Air Source Heat Pump, ducted system, 3-ton capacity, for installation at 452 Grenadier.
