Site work for a power facility in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a power facility.
It is the intent of this "RFP" to secure the furnishing and installation of a security fence/wall at the new Cyber Park Substation. The fence is to be built per the attached specifications and those listed below. Furnish and install +/- 370' of 7+1 galvanized clf. Fence to have to have top & middle rail, bottom tension wire and 3 strands of barbwire. Fabric - 2 x 9 x 7' tt 2oz. Terminal Post - 3" sch 40 Line Post - 2.5" sch 40 Rail - 1-5/8" sch 40 Barbwire - 12.5ga class 3 Tension Wire - 7ga spring coil Gates - (1) 3' wide single steel ornamental gate & (2) 20' wide steel double swing gates. Gates are 8' high with 1" Industrial pickets. Manual latches. Concrete Wall - Furnish & install +/- 327' of 8' high Rustic Brick concrete wall. All posts to be set in concrete footing with reinforcement cages per detail. Pre-Bid Meeting: A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held for this project. Last Day for Questions - Email questions to purchasing@danvilleva.gov by no later than 5:00 PM on August 13, 2024 The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
