All Fuel, Repairs and Maintenance Are the Responsibility of the Successful Bidder. 4. Work Will Consist of Asphalt Patching of Parking Lots and Driveways, Driveway Replacements, and Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk Replacement Etc; 1 Work Involves the Removal and Disposal of Existing Asphalt, Preparation of Granular Base, Supply and Placement of Asphalt, Thickness to Match Surrounding Asphalt in the Immediate Area (I.e. Street or Parking Lot). 2 Class a Granulars Shall Include Supply and Delivery, Placement, Grading and Compacting, in Accordance With Specifications. 3the Contractor is Responsible for All Traffic Control on Their Work Sites in Accordance Provincial and Municipal Regulations. 4 Waste Asphalt and Concrete Materials Disposal Will Be the Responsibility of the Contractor and in Accordance With Regualtions 5 Remove/replace Concrete Sidewalk and Curb and Gutter as Per Existing and City Specifications. 6 Contractor to Replace Previously Removed Hot Mix Asphalt Cement Including Required Sub Grade as Per Existing and City Specifications. 7. Contractors Shall Ensure That Work Covered Under These Documents Conform, Where Required, to All Municipal, Provincial and Federal Safety Legislation. 8. Traffic Control is the Efficient Movement of Traffic Through Roadways and Potential Work Sites. It is Required for the Protection of the Public and Workers Who Are Exposed to Hazards Created by Vehicles and Equipment. Where the Movement of Vehicular Traffic Constitutes a Hazard to Workers and/or Risk to the Public From Construction Activity, Effective Traffic Control Shall Be Provided.
