Contractor shall provide the Goods to City as described in Exhibit B which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor will submit all required forms and information described in Exhibit A to the Purchasing Agent before providing Goods. Five (5) years from the Effective Date, as defined in Article 1, Section 1.2 of the City's General Contract Terms and Conditions. The City may require Bidders to submit original hard copies prior to execution of the contract if the electronic submission does not include an authorized electronic signature page (e.g., Adobe Sign, DocuSign). Exceptions requested by bidder, if any. The bidder must present written factual or legal justification for any exception requested to the Scope of Work, Contract, or the Exhibits. Any exceptions to the Contract that have not been accepted by the City in writing are deemed rejected. The City, in its sole discretion, may accept some or all of bidder's exceptions, reject bidder's exceptions and deem the bid non-responsive, or award the Contract without bidder's proposed exceptions.
