Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The County is seeking qualified candidates to construct and operate a dry stack boat storage facility at the James City County Marina. The service shall include the storage of boats, safe handling of boats, and launching of boats in the James City County Marina basin. When requested, the County shall require the successful bidder/offeror to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond with surety satisfactory to the County Attorney in the amount of the contract price at a time of or prior to execution of the contract. Questions pertaining to this project should be directed to Linda Hodges, Deputy Director of Purchasing via email: linda.hodges@jamescitycountyva.gov no later than 12:00 P.M. on Monday, August 19, 2024. The Owner will have the right to select the most qualified offeror and will then contract based on all factors involved in the proposal and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to award a contract in the best interest of the County.
