These specifications are intended to cover the requirements for furnishing and installing six (6) replacement HVAC units for the Gloucester County Library System (GCLS) - Greenwich Branch Library, 411 Swedesboro Road, Gibbstown, NJ 08027 Remove York Split-System units 1-6. Remove all units and dispose ofthem in compliance with EPA standards. All condensers are located on the outside ofthe building. All gas furnaces are located above the staffworkroom. Replace all six HVAC units with custom built or equivalent to those being removed. Perform start up once installation is complete. Install new thermostats throughout the library Proposal Form for Furnishing and Installing Six (6) Replacement Hvac Units for the Gloucester County Library System . Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, addressed to the Gloucester County Library System Administrative Headquarters, 389 Wolfert Station Road, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062, and clearly marked on the outside 2024 GCLS GREENWICH BRANCH HVAC REPLACEMENT BID. The statement shall set forth the names and addresses of all stockholders in the corporation or partnership who own 10% or more of its stock or any class, or of all individual partners in the partnership who own a 10% or greater interest. FAILURE TO SUPPLY THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR FORM OF PROPOSAL WILL BE CAUSE TO REJECT THE BID. The Gloucester County Library System Director or the Gloucester County Library Commission reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which in their judgment will best serve the interest of the Gloucester County Library System.
