The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury, herein referred to as the "Parish," is accepting proposals/qualification statements for Engineering and Technical Services for the Greinwich Terrace Stormwater Management project. The intent of this Request for Qualifications, herein referred to as RFQ, is to award an Engineer who will be responsible for providing professional Engineering services for a multi-use stormwater management area that the Parish submitted to the Office of Community Development (OCD) for the Community Development Block Grant - Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) Round 2 program. The Parish will provide the awarded Engineer with the anticipated scope of work, including any additional services (if applicable). Question Deadline 08/08/2024 All questions should be submitted in writing and be addressed to both: Jennifer Hobbs, P.E, Drainage Engineer, Division of Engineering, E-mail: jhobbs@calcasieu.gov and Kristie Cumberland, CPPB, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, Purchasing Agent, Division of Finance, E-mail: kcumberland@calcasieu.gov. The Parish reserves the right to issue Addenda to the RFQ at any time to make clarifications or adjustments. The Parish also reserves the right to cancel or reissue the RFQ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
