The City is seeking bids to establish a one-year contract with four, one-year renewal options for the supply of customized park equipment, including sign frames, dog bag dispensers, and lockable electric pedestals. Detailed specifications, including dimensions, metal thickness, and colors, are outlined in the specification's pages. All supplied equipment must adhere strictly to these specifications. Deviations or alternative recommendations will not be accepted. The Contractor shall supply the following customized parks equipment: Items may be ordered in bulk or in quantities of no less than 3 of one time per order. The quantities listed below represent an approximate annual quantity. The first order shall include a sample of the items ordered to a City representative for preview and approval prior to the application of the finished coating. This preview will allow an opportunity to confirm the items meet specifications and no alterations are needed. o Sign frames (8 annually) o Dog bag dispensers (12 annually) o Electric Pedestals (8 annually) All products bid, furnished and delivered, must meet the needs of the City. All items listed above exclude installation and will be installed by City staff. All pricing shall be F.O.B destination and included in the unit pricing offered. The City will not pay fuel surcharges or handling fees.
