National Park College ("NPC," "Agency") is seeking bids from potential contractors for the replacement of existing HVAC unit located at the National Park College gym complex. Potential contractors shall: Remove of existing indoor air handler unit, outdoor unit and protective cage around outdoor unit. Square duct to be uncovered and weather rated (no rain guard around duct). Install 20 ton, 3-phase 208-230V ICP/Carrier gas package unit model RGV240HTLB6DAB or approved equal on existing concrete. Install new square duct up the outside of the wall penetrating building to tie into existing supply and return. Include any/all electrical and gas plumbing required. Disposal of old indoor air handler unit.
