This Statement of Work (SOW) describes requirements using a firm-fixed price contract to perform a triannual inspection, testing, and required maintenance of the electrical power distribution system and all components at the Wilmington Veterans Affair Medical Center (VAMC). The requirement includes all labor, travel, tools, equipment, supplies, and parts in performance of the contract. These work items are referenced as "Inspection and Testing" in this document, hereafter. See Attachments 1- Electrical Testing Equipment Nameplates and Attachment 2 - Wilmington VA Site Plan 2021. Background This contract requirement is for the medical center's required 36-month interval inspection and testing of the electrical power distribution system at the VAMC. Locations: 1. Main Campus 1601 Kirkwood Highway Wilmington, DE 19805 Description: Provides inpatient and outpatient services for veterans in areas: Emergency Department, Operating Rooms, Intensive Care Unit, Step down Units, Inpatient Units, Outpatient Clinics, Mental Health Services (inpatient/outpatient services), and Food delivery. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the question period until August 26,2024 by 12:00PM. Quotes shall be submitted via email to loretta.payne@va.gov. All quote submissions must contain a signed copy of the amendment.
