Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Bentonville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes clearing and grubbing, removal of items, storm sewer improvements, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, signing and striping, lighting, and landscaping. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203 The Owner encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, The Owner encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to Northwest Arkansas National Airport in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances and regulations. The attention of the Bidder is directed to the applicable federal and state requirements and conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under this Contract. Any Bid may be rejected which contains material omissions, or irregularities, or in which any of the unit prices are obviously unbalanced in the opinion of the Owner. Also, a bid may be rejected if it, in any manner, shall fail to conform to the conditions of the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time, which shall not exceed beyond 90 days from the bid opening date.
