The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on October 24, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Region Two/District Two Office in Dixon. Phase III engineering services are required for construction contract 64B40, reconstruction of US 20 from 0.2 mile west of Logemann Road to Rush Street in Stockton, which includes reconstruction of the horizontal and vertical alignments to improve sight distance at various locations, and removal and replacement of the structure carrying US 20 over Rush Creek. The anticipated Letting for construction contract 64B40 is November 8, 2024. The anticipated construction completion date is May 31, 2027. The Consultant must complete and submit final measurements, calculations, electronic as-built survey data, and final contract records documents to the department no later than five (5) weeks after the construction completion date. The Prime firm must be prequalified in the Special Services (Construction Inspection) category to be considered for this project. Statements of Interest, including resumes of only the key people noted above, must be submitted electronically to the Central Bureau of Design and Environment through the Engineering Prequalification and Agreement System (EPAS). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
