The California Tahoe Conservancy (Conservancy) is seeking parking lot sealing and restriping services at 7860 North Lake Tahoe Boulevard, Tahoe Vista, CA 96148 (North Tahoe Beach.) All work must be completed in accordance with contract specifications. Please refer to the attached Exhibit A Scope of Work Detail. Contract term is anticipated to be upon signature by all parties or upon Department of General Services approval, if necessary, whichever comes later, through November 15th, 2024. No Contract will be awarded unless the contractor is properly licensed. For this contract, the Contractor must have a California C-32 License. This is a prevailing wage rate contract. See Section C (3), Prevailing Wages and Labor Code Compliance. Proposed Award Date September 6, 2024 Proposed Award Date September 6, 2024 A 2% incentive will be added to any bid that includes at minimum 3% DVBE participation. The incentive is applied by reducing the bid price by the amount of incentive as computed from the lowest responsive bid price submitted by a responsible bidder. This incentive is for evaluation purposes only. Application of the incentive shall not displace an award to a small business with a non-small business. The Conservancy reserves the right to reject all bids. The Conservancy is not required to award an agreement. Please see the attached site plan for further details.
