Any and all inquiries and comments regarding this Bid must be communicated in writing, unless otherwise instructed by the District. Scope of Services The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to rehabilitate three (3) sewer pump stations on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe in Tahoe City and Tahoe Vista, California. The project includes electrical improvements, mechanical improvements, sewage bypass pumping, internal coatings, civil site work, and other related work necessary to complete the work. Other Details This project also includes installation of a natural gas emergency generator at the C2 site. The Project is located at 5000 North Lake Blvd, 4000 North Lake Blvd, and 3600 North Lake Blvd, CA. BID Submission Note- Bidders wishing to mail in Bids must mail them to PO Box 139, Tahoe Vista, CA, 96148 (if mailing by USPS) or 875 National Avenue, Tahoe Vista, CA, 96148 (if mailing via FedEx, UPS, etc.), and must ensure that the Bids are received prior to the date and time specified for receipt of sealed Bids set forth above engineer's estimate: $1,000,000 Completion- October 15, 2026 No work is allowed at this site between June 1, 2026 and September 7, 2026.
