The Work to Be Performed for This Project Consists of All Labor, Material, Tools, Equipment, and Incidentals Necessary to Remove the Existing Composition Roof and Provide a New Composition Roof Including Underlayment, Metal Flashing, an Ice Melt System, Ventilation Improvements, Trim, and Composition Shingles on the North Tahoe Public Utility District S Administration Building at 875 National Ave., Tahoe Vista, California. Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by Cash, a Certified or Cashier S Check, or Bid Bond Secured From a Surety Company Satisfactory to the Board of Directors, the Amount of Which Shall Not Be Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Submitted Total Bid Price, Made Payable to North Tahoe Public Utility District as Bid Security.
