Site work for a municipal facility in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Design plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
As of August 6, 2025, an engineer has been selected, and this project is in the preliminary design phase. The owner must get preliminary zoning approvals before projecting a timeline for bidding and construction. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Professional Services for the RFQ will include working with City Staff, Community, NDEE, and other jurisdictions to prepare for a new alternate site for the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfill. The City of Gering reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals and to select the proposal deemed to be in the City's best interest, at its sole discretion. Questions regarding the RFQ can be directed to Pat Heath, City Administrator, City of Gering at (308) 436-5096. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
