The 144 FW intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract without negotiations, so offerors are highly encouraged to quote their most advantageous pricing in their initial response. This performance work statement (PWS) describes contractor requirements for the project titled "Remove & Replace Walk-In Refrigerator/Freezer Combo and Compressors." All work will occur at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, Fresno, California. The contractor is responsible to furnish and install all materials required to complete the items listed in this performance work statement in addition to all labor cost. The contractor shall provide the government a complete and usable product that will be inspected/accepted by the government at the completion of the project. All information in this document, along with the instructions and standards referenced in the document shall be considered as part of the Performance Work Statement.
