The City of Richland Hills is requesting Proposals with the intent of awarding a contract for Janitorial Services for City Buildings. The city is looking to hire a professional janitorial services contractor to provide regular cleaning services at several city facilities as outlined in Appendix A - Scope of Services. The contract term will be for a period of one fiscal year from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2025. The City reserves the right to amend any aspect of this RFP by formal written Addendum prior to the Proposal submittal deadline and will endeavor to notify all potential Proposers that have registered with the City, but failure to notify shall impose no obligation or liability on the City Question Deadline 08/22/2024 All questions related to requirements or processes of this RFP should be submitted in writing to Alicia Johnson, Administrative Assistant at ajohnson@richlandhills.com .
