The City of Walnut Grove reserves the right to cancel and rebid for any reason. A bidder may withdraw any proposal he has submitted at any time prior to the hour set for the closing of the bids, provided the request for withdrawal is signed in a manner identical to the proposal being withdrawn. No withdrawal or modification will be permitted for 30 days after the hour and date designated for opening the bids. Necessary replies will be recorded as Addenda and provided to all Bidders, and receipt thereof shall be acknowledged on the proposal.
