Scope of Services The City of Toledo, Division of Environmental Services is requesting proposals to update the City's Stormwater Management Plan (SW Mgmt Plan) and local ordinances pertaining to water (TMC 930 and 941). The contracted consultant will work with City staff to prepare these documents so the City can implement them within six months of receiving its new NPDES permit. This work will be done over two to three years, with public meetings in the second and three years as mandated for the SW Mgmt Plan. That notwithstanding, the City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for its convenience. The proposal should respond directly to each criterion. Those responses will be used to award points. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
