Scope of Work Floor Resurfacing- Highly durable & chemical resistant flooring The area under consideration is approx. 7,500 square feet. Areas to be covered include the Auto Shop Garage, Managers Conference Area, Kitchen, Employees Bathroom and Shower Room Area. Surface prep area such as cleaning, grinding, etc, that will allow for a solid bond of the coating to the concrete surface. Apply in two coat and three stages (primer, mid coat and top coat). Light grey or sand color to be used with a light pigment to help reflect light. (Please provide type/quality of product(s) to be used) All work must follow and meet state, county, and local code requirements. A site inspection is required and must be scheduled by August 8, 2024.
